We suffer because of a lack of vision. Vibrancy along with vitality is sacrificed due to a lack of restraint in personal lifestyles without too much thinking or considering anything else outside our lots in life. Work,play & rest, yes I understand. But the problem are not with those 3 elements. They are all key to a successful life.
